And we ensure we have the highest quality performers through our rigorous selection process. Every band, group or ensemble represented by Hey Jack has history. We promise that not only do they have years of experience within the industry as individuals, but they are also a well-rehearsed, cohesive group. We do extensive background checks, so you can be assured every Hey Jack performer is a professional capable of rocking your wedding or event.

If you are planning a destination wedding, you’re eloping, or you reside outside of Melbourne, do not despair; your dream entertainment from Hey Jack is happy to travel regionally, interstate or even overseas! Of course, there are some additional travel fees to help your band make the journey to your dream wedding location, which we are very transparent about. Each of our performers has their own unique sound, skills and talents, which is why we can confidently say that we cover almost every note and lyric. It’s what makes Hey Jack so unique; we have created a one-stop shop for all musical demands and welcome all your performance requests- no matter how creative!

Hey Jack offers their couples their very own and personalised Wedding Portal. We’ve created this tool to allow our clients the opportunity to document all the details of their wedding. We know wedding planning can be challenging, so we’ve taken most of the hard work in planning everything Music, Film and Photography related. Once set up, couples can come back and make changes to their wedding portal as many times as they like. It’s easy to use and helps make the wedding planning a lot more fun.

Ready to lock in your perfect performer? Our standard booking policy is an initial 30% payment to lock in your band. The remaining balance is to be paid 45 days before your big day. Once that all-important first step of booking (and deposit) is made, you will be given your very own musical portal to start adding in any show-stopping tunes or sweet serenades you wish to feature on the day. One-month before showtime, the planning team will take over and give you a run down on all the smaller deets- relieving you to focus on other pressing matters!

Every one has fine print, and Hey Jack is no exception. Ensuring we provide the best service to every happy couple is part of our mission. As such, we will require all bookings to acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions. This also means no unknown surprises for the big day. All Hey Jack entertainers are professionals committed to performing on your big day; however, we do prepare for the worst-case scenario in which they incur a personal emergency and must withdraw at the last minute. In the unlikely event your chosen performer cannot commit to your day due to a significant emergency, the Hey Jack team will work tirelessly to source a replacement performer of a similar calibre.

For a day and night you never want to end, we totally appreciate it if you and your guests demand an encore. Sometimes, a request from the client to perform overtime may be accommodated; however, this is solely at the discretion of Hey Jack and the performers on the night. It is worth noting that additional costs may be charged back to the couple.
